Rear Extension Groundworks & Drainage Installation

This project involved full groundwork preparation for a new rear home extension, including drainage installation, foundation work, and patio surfacing.

We began by clearing the area and excavating to specification, followed by the precise installation of underground drainage runs. Once services were securely laid and tested, we formed and poured a robust concrete base using a damp-proof membrane and formwork to ensure long-term durability and protection against ground moisture.

The team also completed brickwork and backfilled the structure to provide a stable foundation, finishing with beautifully laid porcelain paving around the new extension. The paving was selected for its modern aesthetic and low-maintenance surface, adding a polished look to the outdoor space.
